Sara's Secrets on soups (Food TV)

Got some really excellent recipes watching a "Sara's Secrets" show... all about international soups...

we made the sopa seca last week and although it was a long recipe, it was just excellent - but beware that the chilie's do make it very hot!

I'm looking forward to trying the Pad Thai (i'm a Thai food lover) and the soba noodles soup that she has listed as well....such an eclectic group of soups!!

Wow -- those do look great. I love making soup because then I have an easy lunch to bring to work.
