Kristie, it sounds like you have a massive sinus infection. Go to the doctor please and get giant pills. They will make you sick at first but will cure the infection.

Also you need to be around children more. You have no immunities. Children have the 600 illnesses before Kindergarten which make parents immune. You have no children, so you are at a disadvantage. Co -workers are bringing in these germs and you have no immunity!

i dunno, i would think i would have some pretty good immunity due to taking multi-vitamins everyday..cuz i really only get bad colds like this maybe 2-3 times a year...

but it's been years since i've had the flu and who knows...haha

btw, has anyone heard anything like ever, about granulated vitamin C? one of my coworkers said it does wonders for him when he's on the verge of getting a cold....

Taking vitamins has nothing to do with immunity. Being exposed to germs provides you with immunity. Children bring with them the requisite 600 colds by the time they are six years old and that's how you build up immunity! I got sick this February for the first time in 2 1/2 years--and that was because I was so stressed out with having no help at work that month.

got antibiotics!!! last thursday was horrid...my head was so stuffed up that i called up the doc and they were able to get me in...come to find out that i'd gotten rid of the cold but all of the symptoms persisted because of a sinus infection... i learn more and more about sinus infections everytime!! it'll keep making you think you have a cold when it's all based off of the sinus's...drainage down to the stomach makes you nauseous, constant headache is from the pressure, sore throat and cough are all based off of back of throat drainage.. it's pretty interesting how it all works....

but now, i'm on amoxi, only problem is that germany is at the end of the week.. so i have a question to the doc on JC about being able to drink the beer AND make sure hte antibiotics do their job... last thing i want is this thing back... BUT i sure don't want to miss out on my beers either! HAHA

Thanks for asking Roz...it was a doozy.. i hope nobody else caught it!!! everyone in my office has it now but thankfully, i think i'm immune enough! HA!
