Simply THE best Tofu recipe yet

So, I'm back to my cooking antic ways - had to take a break last week cuz 1 cooked food network meal pretty much filled up my weeks worth of suppers...

but I created a serious masterpiece last night and I can't believe "I" did that... doug even came home on a layover and had *2* bowls of it!!

anyways, the recipe is called Pan Fried Tofu in Spicy Ginger Soup.

it's fairly labor intensive on the prep side, it took me at least time and a half to get it done - simply because i forgot that udon noodles need to be boiled first (like spagetti) doh!! but honestly, best meal i've cooked yet - very restauranty!!

if anyone else has any tofu recipes, let me know cuz i'm a tofu addict.. I could eat tofu day after day after day....i love it best when it's fried, in dashi (soup base), or stir fried!!
