| Spotty4's post about oranges reminded me to post about a pear problem (hahaha) that I am going to be having. I have two full grown pear trees in the backyard. Last year frost killed all the blooms and fruit. But this year they are just COVERED in small pear fruit. Anybody know when to pick ripe pears from the trees? And I'm going to need A LOT of pear receipes from the looks of all blooms, so please post any of those that you guys have got!! (This only our second summer in the house. My first time with this particular problem.) |
