Lemon Bars

Our lemon tree has been fruiting like crazy and I had to come up w/ some way to use a lot of them, so I decided on some lemon bars. I love these things, but never make them. In the process of deciding on lemon bars, I found the coolest recipe/cooking website out there!! Its called Cooking for Engineers. This guy lays out ever step w/ photos! And then he compiles all steps and ingredients into a nifty time line at the bottom. If you're science-minded and run on logic, you'll love the site.

I've made the roasted rosemary and garlic red potatoes from that website, they're great!
