| Newbie | Ladies, Am I the only one who's heard of eating black eyed peas for good luck on New Year's Day? Greens for money, and ham for health? Is this just a southern tradition? I'm finding that everyone I fly with looks at me like I have 3 heads and asks, "what do black eyed peas have to do with New Year's?" That said, any recipe ideas that will get my BF to actually eat black eyed peas and collard greens so I won't worry about his lack of good luck in the coming year? Thanks! Delia
