Caeser Burger

O.k., not really a recipe I can take credit for, but I just had lunch at this swanky new gourmet burger place here in Denver. I had a caesar burger, which was basically a hamburger with some caesar salad on top of it instead of the usual pickle, tomato, lettuce. Mmmm . . . was awesome. And so simple!

So it had the salad w/ cheese and dressing or no dressing or...sounds yummy!

The salad had parm cheese and dressing, just like in a regular caesar salad, but no croutons. It was de-lish, and something I could totally make at home but never would have thought of.
