| Why do I feel nervous giving this out ??? okau ladies pour yourself a glass of your favorite red wine , this is a must for Italian cooking ![]() Ingrediants 1lb ziti noodles 1 1/2 jars of sauce... don't tell my grandmother but I often use Classico 8 oz ricotta cheese 8 oz shredded mozeralla 4 oz shredded chedder cheese 1 cup of parmesean cheese 1 egg 1/4 cup parsley chopped Garlic salt to taste favorite Italian seasoning to taste cook ziti till almost done al denta (sp) , combine cheeses (leave 1/2 cup cheese on the side) , eggs , chopped parsley and seasonings in separate bowl . In a pryrox dish coat bottom with sauce , then half of the ziti noodles, then cheese misture and repeat layers. Sauce must be top layer and then sprinkle remaing 1/2 cup cheese for top. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 20 min, then uncover at 15 min. my DH likes his extra rich so I spice up my sauce with some red wine and add extra ricotta to the cheese mixture Bon apetit !
