| This is the easiest BBQ recipe ever! Preheat oven to 350* Mix in a covered roasting pan: 1 can tomato soup (I use lower sodium) 1/3 c. vinegar 1 c. water 1/4 c. sugar 1 white onion, diced 2 T. worcestershire 1 t. celery salt 1 t. garlic powder Add 2 pounds of stew beef Cover and roast at 350* for 2 hours. Remove from oven and pull apart beef pieces - will not be too tender but break down larger chunks. Cover and roast at 350* for 1 additional hour. Remove and shred beef - let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Serve on hamburger buns. Enjoy! |
