I just made the best (so far) spicy orange tofu yet. sorta followed the directions but added a bit of chili garlic and minced garlic to the mix. not all by scratch unfortunately but i did learn how to make fried tofu JUST RIGHT...so whew!! i FINALLY got the tofu thing down! YA!!!! I am now a happy tofu camper! __________________ www.jetcareers.com
