| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | I made this tonight on the recommendation of a coworker - pretty tastey! 1lb chicken, cubed 3c uncooked bowtie pasta (except i used the twisty kind) 1/2 c milk 1/3c pesto 1 can cream of chicken soup cook pasta as directed; cook chicken in olive oil (or butter) until mostly done - add milk, pesto and cream of chicken soup. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook for 5 mins (or until chicken is done). Add pasta and cook for 10 mins more it makes quite a bit and is very filling, so you don't need a whole lot! enjoy |
