| Hello! I usually read the posts on this site frequently but I do not post much myself. However, I have a question and I thought that you guys might be able to help. My husband has been a regional airline pilot for 2 years now and we still not have been able to figure out how he can eat healthfully while he is on the road. He tries to take food with him, but this lasts only for a day out of a three or four day trip. The one tip we received is to pack some energy bars for times when his schedule forces him to skip meals. Any other advice? Thanks in advance! |
