    Hi Sara,

    I'd appreciate your input...

    There's a lot of adament views on JC and Airlinepilotcentral (probably the same people) stating Spirit's FA's should stay out two weeks and shut the company down.
    They got their furlough notices Monday night. On Wednesday at 1 PM, there was a TA. The company rescinded the furlough and announced limited schedules for Thursday and a full schedule for Friday.

    Well on Thursday, the head of the AFA issued a notice saying the contract didn't provide for a recall of the furlough. The FA's needed official recall notices and then had 7 days to respond and 7 days beyond that to report. But, the contract also said that they were free to choose to do what is best. So, it's not a cut and dried contract rule. It's more like a guideline.

    Spirit, in the layoff, pay protected them to the end of June and gave them 3 months insurance.
