Introducing...me

Hey there, ladies. I've been lurking around the forum for a couple of days and finally decided to join in the fun!

I'm 24-years-old and an English teacher at the high school I graduated from. My boyfriend of six years is approaching his first year anniversary as an FO with Trans States Airlines.

He and I met online almost ten years ago, when I was in high school in Los Angeles and he was a student in New Jersey. We chatted on and off with no intention of ever meeting. Imagine my surprise when I announced I had been accepted to my first choice college in Massachusetts and he told me it was just two hours from his own university in New Hampshire! He drove down to meet me the day my mother dropped me off at the school and we started dating shortly thereafter.

I moved back to Los Angeles after I graduated. He lives in Dallas and is based out of Richmond, Virginia. So...California, New Jersey, New Hamshire, Massachusetts, Texas, and Virginia. We are all over the map!

We had a rough time when he first started his job, as I had just started my first "grown-up" job myself. We were both so stressed that we didn't have the time to give each other that we should have. Now that things are calming down, we have been able to work a lot of things out.
