I'm a Denver Newbie

Hello Ladies,
My DH is an FO in DEN for Skywest airlines. He has been there for almost 2 years now. We have a beautiful 2 year old Jack Russel Terrier named Lilly. We got married last year in October and everyone was right when they said that the first year is the hardest. I am hoping that there is nothing but bliss and happiness from here on out.

Right!!! I am very excited to be able to connect with women in similar situations.

Welcome bartswife! My fiance is a FO in the crj900 w/ Mesaba. He's been on the line for ~2 mos now ... so we're just getting our feet wet. And an October wedding!! Congratulations! We're planning our wedding for October 2008.

Hi! I'm also in Denver!

My DH is a CA at SkyWest. He is currently based in ORD, but he has been trading out all of his ORD trips for DEN trips these last several months. Hopefully he can keep doing that until he gets based back here in Denver. My DH has been with the airline for almost 3 years, but was at a another airline back east for 4 years prior to Skywest. As for me, I'm a stay at home mom to our 2 kids. Welcome to the board and I hope you like it here. I'm excited to see another Denverite.

Welcome to the board! I've been with Nick since he was a flight instructor, then moved on to Mesa Air and now CAL. It's been crazy/hard/exciting!
We're now living in the same place which is a change from previous years when we were 2500 miles apart. He works most holidays (i.e. Christmas and New Year's) but I'm used to it now. We're celebrating Christmas tomorrow when he's back.

Welcome, welcome, welcome. When hubby and I were getting married (long ago) we knew a guy that had been married for 20 years and he used to say it was 19 years of happy bliss.
