| Hey! I'm an American living in Norway just outside Oslo. Think you will ever make it back "home"? My husband is Norwegian and flying here til retirement, so another 24 years and counting until I get "home"!! Many norwegians travel to Spain for holiday (mallorca) |

| hey amanda! bummer....it's my weekend off ( keep me posted though and i'll let you know if i'm working or not. try to come with him sometime and we can hang out. they stay at the hotel continental (fitting, eh?) in downtown oslo. it's a great place right in the middle of everything. tell him to bring alot of money if he's going to eat out. everything is crazy expensive, even mcd's and burger king. those are the only real fast food places here. otherwise it's pizza or "gatekjokkenmat" which is street food made by the local pakistan folks. OH! there is a hard rock and tgif here too! |

| Jetgirls Member | Hi Hubby flies for Ryanair, so doesn't have layovers. He's home every night and they're stopped the flights from the south of france to Scandinavia in a couple of weeks for the winter I think. They're stopping most of the flights to the UK too so it will be much harder for us to get home until next spring. |
