Default door leaks...

We're having a problem with our upstairs bedroom french doors (now that it's been raining)... one of them at the bottom is leaking through and getting our carpet, pad & flooring (wood) underneath all wet...

Does anyone have a hubby or know someone who would know how and/or what we need to do to fix the problem? i have no idea where to start... if we need to replace the entire door frame along with the carpeting/pad/wood underneath or if we just need to replace the pad/rubber thing at the bottom or what?
