I got really lucky. Just like with my first I woke up in the morning with contractions at about 6:30 am. It was different this time so it took me a while to realize that I was actually in labor. The first time my contractions felt like a charlie horse in my hips and this time is was a band of pain wrapping around my lower abdomen and lower back. By the time I showered, ate and got my daughter ready I was at the hospital at 9am. By 10am I had the epidural and by 1:48 she was born! It only took 4 contractions (about 10 minutes of pushing). I felt great right afterwards, like I could have left and went right home - then the drugs wore off!

She is soooo cute!!! Your labor sounds nice and easy. After I had my son, I felt great too. I felt much better after having him then I did after having my daughter. Must have something to do with it being #2 I guess.
