Remodeling

We purchased our house on November 2nd.
2nd-pulled out all old built in shelving in basement (it was gross)
3rd-pulled paneling off walls in bedroom, filled in spot where door used to be, cut in new door space
4th-took down wall separating kitchen from living room. Replaced with half wall and new location for hall.
5th-drywalled all the destruction
6th-primed the work, removed carpet and flooring down to original wood
7th-moved thermostat, prepped new fridge area, raked outside
I told my DH that I hope to be in by Thanksgiving. Tonight I am going to try and paint since i was going to yesterday but the paint store mixed the TOTALLY WRONG color. He is in California for AOPA right now, so I hope to have a lot of the house back together when he returns. I must say it is awesome to have grown up with a carpenter. I'll add pics when DH comes back with the camera.
