| I'd fill a utility sink (or something else big enough to hold water & the set of sheets) with warm to hot water, put in either one scoop (if you're using powder) or one capful (if you're using liquid). Mix it up so it's all disolved, then soak for a couple hours. Wash on a normal cycle with detergent & more Biz if the sheets still seem discolored. |

| Admin/Owner ![]() | well, I didn't have a utility sink or even a sink stopper (just can't find one that fits in our kitchen sink)..I looked at oxy clean, Rit & biz bleach but Oxyclean & Biz didn't had instructions for "color on whites" removal...so I decided to go with Michelle's Rit idea... since i have a front load washer, i couldn't use the washer method.. but i did have a big ol stainless steel pot and decided to use that. The instructions on the Rit are very concise and it was easy to get the task done. I was able to get the pink out of the white sheets altogether, but i didn't have enuff packages to get everything else done. apparently, after using the solution on oh so many fabrics, it stops working so well.. so the pink in my towels hasn't fully been taken out yet... needless to say, it did exactly what it said it would do in the time the directions said.. so i was really pleased with the product! Now if i could just get the candle off of my purply wall! i got most of it off, but it has a "sheen" on the wall still that i'm trying to figure out.. the best method was the iron method.. i just gotta figure out how to get the sheen off of the wall - it looks oily! oh well, one house problem & solution at a time! haha But thanks to you all for the suggestions! couldn't have figured it out without ya!
