Flipping Houses

So its Sunday which seems to have been designated "real estate" day by TLC and HGTV. Not that I'm complaining! I LOVE real estate!

So have any of you or would you flip a house? I would love to do it, but its such a risk! I figure maybe once dh has a good schedule (once he gets a job, too!) if the market is better then we might do it. They have people on these flipping shows that have never done it before, and for the most part they do a really good job. It would definitly be an adventure, but it sounds like fun, and possibly a good profit, too.

Would anyone else do it?
