that is a great idea.. I had forgotten about the garage sale thing... of course, we only have those in the fall/winter out here (i think).. but i should get out there and start hunting for baby clothes for my sis...

the hard part is getting up that early!

the couponforum is pretty neat! I had no idea you could trade coupons! I have an aunt who does rebates & coupons consistently and then has 2 garage sales a year and sells all the new stuff that she didn't use for just a bit cheaper than in the stores... she can make anywhere from $500 per month just on coupons and rebates alone(!) and then she can make up to a grand on the garage sales! it is a lot of work though...

Hey guys, a quick update on the situation...John has decided not to fly until he can get a loan, unfortunatly sallie mae and key bank won't loan to his flight school because it's so small. Since his parents have already bought another house and have yet to sell their current one, they also would be in a bad situation to cosign a loan for him. So now he's talking about going to ATP or Ari Ben next summer to get it all done, and hopefully by that time his parents should have sold their house.

so it's kind of nice now, because he is contribuiting (monitarily) again to the relationship so i don't feel as much like the sugar momma, but I feel bad for him because he's not able to fly right now.
