The Dating Game

It's not easy dating a pilot...We've all been there at one time or another.

If your currently dating a pilot of any age, no matter where he/she is in their career then you'll find this forum helpful.

A lot of experience from those who have *been there, done that* can be obtained in this forum.

Wasn't that hail that other day just something? we had a nice sheen of white on the roof for at least a good hour!...nice that you got your dad to do a few things - i bet he felt pretty good about that huh? ...did your mom like the desert? is that what she wanted to see? did you two connect up a bit more?

We didn't have hail where we were, but lots of rain and gray skies. Too bad they missed the really good weather, but I guess that's the chance you take when you visit AZ in Feb.

My dad was very proud of the things he did, but wanted MORE to do! Forgot to mention- he actually loved combing and brushing the cat! My parents' cat died a few years ago at age 20 at they took it really hard. My cat was brushed so much she felt like cotton. You can see she looks really proud of herself in my avatar!

My parents loved the desert. We went to McDowell Mnt park and Papago park. Nick and I took them on a 2 mile hike at the McDowells and my mom kept saying she was going to collapse, so we took lots of breaks for her. We even got to see a real coyote which scared the sh*t out of mom!

I didn't have any "deep" conversations with my mom. I am worried about her health since she has diabetes and is also very forgetful (more than normal).

When I was driving them to the airport, she asked when I thought I was going to get married- HA!

He went back to New Mexico the day before! I know she wouldn't have asked if he was there.

If he was, his reaction would be something like this...(Ok. maybe this isn't accurate, but I was dyin' to use the jaw dropper guy!)
