| It's funny you mention that because I only just gave him a detailed run-down of my professional world, as he never really asked before. LOL, that's actually part of the attraction, I know he loves his job. And his love for his work is rubbing off on me! Gives me inspiration to do what I like, and not just what I have to.

i've heard a few people (pax) called pilots as co-pilots or captains and the FA's as stewardess, yes, recently too...i've just kindof giggled and turned to say what they're 'new' titles are! HAHA

I feel special when a cute lil' old lady calls me a stewardess. Last week I had an encounter with this absolutely darling lady, Dottie who was a Stewardess back in the Stratocruiser days and she retired from flying in the early 50s when she got married, and she called me a stewardess, what a compliment! I can only hope to be as elegant as she is. As for NWA, it has been very crazy with the company with all the new changes, I know my husband was able to keep his position and aircraft but there were a lot of shifting going on.

I wanted to thank everyone who responded. You all helped a lot. We are going to keep seeing each other. I looked him right in the eye and told him I liked him and wanted to be in a relationship. He said OK ... With me or with anyone. I said preferably you but if not than I'll find someone else. He said Ok, then. And kissed me like he was telling me he'd prefer it be him. And I marvelled at how much easier it is when you just tell him what you want. Now we'll see how it goes, but I'm glad to have a place to ask my questions. And I drove him to the airport and I know you understand how hot it is to send your guy off to work and he looks so good. Sigh... |
