Janine, I don't have a website, I just sell from home to people that I know. I would sort of like to get into selling the cards in a bigger way, but I'm scared to try it. I do take special orders, though, so sometimes I get a friend of a friend calling me to request invitations or thank you notes or something.

On the strip tease note, I saw the Chippendales show the last time I was in Vegas and I loved it. I went with a friend and we thought it would be silly and campy and just one of those things you have to do in Vegas at some point, but it was TOTALLY awesome. We had a blast, lol.

I too met SO a couple of weeks before Vday in 2004...we had only been on one 'real' date, and when Vday came around, I had no idea if I should do anything...well, his classmates kept asking him what he was going to do for me! He told me later on, that he wasn't too sure if or what he should do...I got my 'first' card and I think a smelly candle that year, very platonic but it was just nerve wrecking on both of our parts! hahaha...

Now, we've only spent another Vday together and that was last year! and knowing us both, I think we ate too much to do anything romantic! hahah...If he's here (HIGHLY unlikely, Eagle works him!) but maybe I'll try to spice it up a bit, and make sure I eat a small porportion!

Last year DH had a crash pad he had to use very regularly so DS and I made red rice krispy treats (his first) and cut them into hearts. I took a picture of DS eating one of them, then mailed it with the rest of the rice krispies treats to the crashpad with a mushy card from me and a cute one from DS. It was a big hit.

This year if he's working I'll probably do something similiar but wrap it and tell him he can't open it until VDay.

I'm working on teaching DS about gift giving and surprises so I'll be sure to include him and his new brother in the activities. I remember always being surprised but pleased when my Mom would remember to do something for us (I guess even back then I was a bit of a Scrouge) so I want to be sure to do stuff with my kids.

Ive been kind of craving a night out alone with DH so I'm kind of hoping he doesn't have it off. Then maybe I can trade childcare with someone another night!

Jackie

Believe me, you aren't the only one with them! The great thing about those classes is that you have women of ALL shapes and sizes in there. Besides, if you're self-conscious, you can wear sweatpants... lots of people do!

I think you should come down and take a class... you say that you're in Baltimore a lot! BTW, I was up your way yesterday... we went to Ski Roundtop... Brian taught me how to ski and I didn't even break any bones!!!!

I would love to take a class like this!!! but I'm with scissors =) I would most likely get thrown out of class for laughing. Let me preface by saying that I wouldn't be laughing at anyone else just myself. Unfortunately I'd have to say that I'm not the most coordinated dancer out there. Uncoordinated and dancing with a pole- I'm thinking not a great combination
