OOOOOOOhhhh... that really IS going to be a hard lesson to learn! hopefully the captain or maybe even his chief pilots secretary can help him out?!

I have no idea....the only thing i can think of is fedex him a money order or cash to whatever hotel he'll be at tomorrow...the ONLY problem with that, is if he gets rerouted..that would be a HUGE problem at that point.

I tell ya what, he won't do that again!

how is it that he forgot his credit cards/debit card and yet still has his DL to get thru security? isn't it all in the same wallet?

He needs to take the items he absolutely needs (wallet, ID, license, phone, etc) and count them (DH has six essential items). Then he needs to go through the process of counting each item as present before he goes anywhere.

Why did I think Western Union shut down? Was that just some crazy rumor that went around a couple years ago?

Anyway.

If no WU, yeah - I'd just Fed Ex it.

And laugh at him a little. *snrk*

lol yeah, i've been teasing him... it's very very strange - usually I'M the one who forgets something (the wallet thing especially) because I put it all over the place and don't remember where I put it. He, on the other hand, is almost OCD about where he puts items like wallet, keys, phone, Jepps, toothbrush, etc etc So this is even more funny to me because HE did it this time - I think this will become one of our running jokes

He totally forgot credit cards and drivers licence, so no dice with ATMage. I'm not exactly sure how he's getting through security... I guess the uniform and bags help though. I just texted him about that and am eager to hear his response lol

By the way, he did find some change, enough to get him through today and tomorrow, so he's not totally destitute, thank God!! Crazy kid!

so? what did he say?

It's really strange that TSA would even allow him thru without his drivers license....they're really picky about stuff like that... esp if he doesn't even have a medical or anything to show.
