Default How ya feeling Tanya?

Is Eric over the hump too? We lost the whole flu thread, which is unfortunate but doesn't mean we can't still talk about how to prevent whatever you had and everyone else is getting from going around!!

The doc over at JC was telling us that purell actually does work...and that eating yogurt will help keep the good guys in your system if your having trouble keeping "anything" in there...

hand washing was definately recommended but i'll tell ya, the more i wash my hands, the more dry & scaly they get - ick!! but that's what lotions for right?! haha

so let us know how yer doin...I hear Amber's kids & Bill are pretty sick too...

sometin' goin round that ain't good!! that's for sure!

We're both doing much better, thank you! I still don't feel like eating too much, but i'm getting there.

On the bright side, I lost the 10 pounds I wanted to lose! I was so excited! Not the best way to lose the weight, but it's one consolation to the whole thing I guess.

Now I just have to go see the internist about my heart. He's going to put me on a monitor for a day to see if my heartrate is always high, or just in stressful situations. The ultrasound they did of my heart at the hospital was really cool to watch. I could see the valves of my heart opening and closing.
I'll keep you all posted on that once I see him.
