| Jetgirls Member | Biochemtine, That is a great picture of you and your DH. That little yellow critter in the upper left corner of your photo caught my eye... did a double take when I saw him. I'm a F/A with AA. Another F/A, Anne, and I use to fly together all of the time. We both had one of those critters and named them Frick & Frack... Frack is mine. My DH made little "seat belts" for them to strap to our suitcases so that Anne and I could take them on our trips with us. I even made miniature AA IDs for Frick & Frack. They were a hit with the passengers - children [i:faf0e076bc]and[/i:faf0e076bc] adults. Frick(left) & Frack(right) [img:faf0e076bc]http://welcomeaboard.tripod.com/FrickFrack.jpg[/img:faf0e076bc] My DH made the little leather vest with the Harley patch that Frack is wearing. Anne & I started taking pictures of them for fun and I came up with the idea of making a picture book of their travels around the country. After arranging & re-arranging the pictures on my computer and adding captions to the pictures to tell a story, we had a 24 page homemade book. [b:faf0e076bc]Click here[/b:faf0e076bc] to see the cover page of our book. I have no idea if you can even see the pictures here. There seems to be some sort of problem seeing photos I've posted at this website. Anyway... your critter caught my eye and I started writing this message. Is there a story behind [i:faf0e076bc]your[/i:faf0e076bc] critter?Dianne |

| Dianne, When I was in HS I was crazy about smiley faces. I had smiley face t-shirts, boxer shorts, patches for my back pack, if it had a smiley face, I had it - even a smiley face quilt made for me by a close family friend. My grandmother knew this and bought me the guy. He's sooooo cute. He giggles and says, "That's funny." She said when she bought him, she and Grampa would sit and play with him just laughing. My Gramma passed away 2 years ago. I keep him out in honor of her mostly now. I still push his button and make him giggle, but he's just a memory now. Thanks for asking. |
