I changed the crown to porcelain, but not after arguing with the dentist about it. He was bullying me into the gold crown! I have to go back tomorrow (and use some vacation time ) to get a new mold and a new temporary crown. We'll see how long this one lasts!

I am so mad about this whole thing. I have so many other things I could have used the money for.

I went in to get another temp. The hygienist (sp?) and the dentist gave me crap about changing my mind and wanting the porclain crown.
Then they had trouble again putting my temporary on.
After almost poisoning me with acrylic (too tired to go into that!), they finally got it in there "real good".

When I got to my car I looked at the tooth and it is a bright shiny silver! It sparkled in the sun when I smiled and looked in the mirror.
I am SO GLAD I switched to the porclain!
