quick work vent

Hi-
I haven't been posting too much recently. I've been feeling a lot of stress about work. I might be getting a new position at my company where I will be travelling around the country talking to employees about their 401(k) plans. It will be more money and new challenges, but it pretty much means I'll never see Nick! I don't even know if I'm going to do well in this new position. For the last few months I haven't felt any motivation at work. [img]images/graemlins/965.gif[/img]

That is a very IMPORTANT position Amanda! I've had to do that all by myself because Wells Fargo (our TPA) sucks. Employees really appreciate it. And with all the talk about Social Security, people know they need to be educated about their other options.

It's good that they are choosing someone competent like you to do this very IMPORTANT job! You know it is so important--that's why you are considering it.

Everything else will work out when you are fulfilled at work.

OK... I'm not sure this is a vent anymore, but I have my interview on Wednesday morning. It's actually a 15 minute presentation. I hope it goes well! I'm putting a lot of pressure on myself. i really want the job now. It would be a great career move!

I also think it'd be a great career move Amanda!! at least for the time being while nick is working hard at moving up the ladder as well!! Don't worry too much about the "you'll never see eachother part" because you'll MAKE seeing each other and quality time a much higher priority.
