Did you watch the superbowl?

I'm not a big football fan, but nothing else was on tonight - so the Mr. and I decided to watch the bowl for the commercials....

If you watched the bowl - what were you two favorite commercials?

I gotta say mine was the bud light commercial with the parachutists where the trainer is trying to coax a student out of the plane with a 6 pack of bud light...he throws the 6 pack out the door and low and behold, the pilot comes out of the cockpit, running like mad and jumps out the door to get the bud light - FUNNIEST shiznit i'd seen ALL night long!! esp since we can kinda relate to it! haha

my other favorite commercial was the "don't judge too early" type commerical where the guy was making dinner for the girl, the cat tips over the spagetti sauce, he's in the process of cutting bread with a big knife...cat gets sauce all over the floor (cat is white long hair btw).. cat jumps down, gets spagetti sauce in it's coat.. just as man picks up cat by the scruff, girl walks into the room. he's holding a cat with red stain all over it's fur, red spatter on the floor and a big ol knife in the other hand... TOOOOO funny!!!!

I was at a SuperBowl party...but didn't watch hardly any of the game! It was a function with my MOMS Club and we had kids running all over the place! [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I did see that cat commercial you were talking about and I laughed and laughed and laughed!!! [img]images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I thought those two commerials were really funny! I also liked the careerbuilder commercials - you can't beat having a bunch of chimps in an advertisement. [img]images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-044.gif[/img]

That was a good Superbowl Sunday for me (although I was kind of hoping the Eagles would win - just cuz they were the underdog): I went skiing for the first part of the day and then sat in front of the TV eating tons of food for the second part of the day. Yum!

Yes, I watched the Superbowl... what a bummer! My poor Eagles!

Some of the commercials were cute- I too liked the Careerbuilder ones. We got a little sick of the Mustang commercial- saw the same one 3 times!!
