I hate being sick!!!!!

I can't believe I'm sick again. [img]images/graemlins/Cold.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/Cold.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/Cold.gif[/img] I was sick in October, then early December, and now. It's so frustrating. And I only have one day of leave I can take, so if I don't feel better tomorrow, I'm gonna have to take leave without pay. Not a happy camper.

This is the first time I've had a fever though, so it's probably something different. My mom thinks I have the flu, I'm not sure I'd go that far. It's all in my head. Headache, sinus pressure, swollen glands, can't breathe, draining, etc.

I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!

And in all this time of me getting sick, Eric hasn't gotten sick once. [img]images/graemlins/868.gif[/img]

Yeah, I have been sick since last thuesday, and Now Bill has it too, he's on a trip right now with some pretty bad conjestion. The last time I was sick, last august, it was REALLY bad, Im just so thankful that this time around it's only a cold.... hope you get to feeling better soon.

sit under a hot shower! the heat and steam will help with the congestion - not to mention that when your feeling icky, warm water raining down just feels good!!

I think I have exactly what you do (only a few days progressed). I had a low fever thurs/fri and then a head cold sat/sun and now a wonderful cough to add to it. blah. [img]images/graemlins/Feeling_Sick_Emoticon.gif[/img] [img]images/graemlins/868.gif[/img]

Ugg, I think I might be getting sick (which isn't suprising because my roommate was sick all of last week). I started feeling really exhausted this afternoon, and I have no idea why. Yuck, I really, really don't want to get sick. [img]images/graemlins/868.gif[/img]

my fever's gone; so are the aches/pains.

I went to work today.

Congestion's still there. Nothing I've done helps - not even a hot shower/bath.

I'm coughing like mad now. It's really hard to talk on the phone for 8 hours when you keep coughing.

i think something about the dry air here in arizona helps keep everyone from getting sick too often.. i haven't been sick in years and i used to get sinus infections on a monthly basis when i lived in the midwest and in florida.. my dad, who lives in virginia, gets a sinus infection just about every 3 months and keeps them for a good month or two...

i have a feeling it has something to do with the humidity/moisture everywhere else - but here in az, it's so dry that nothing can really grab hold except for the 12-24 hr flu bug!
