Ok of course I watched Friends, but I didn't watch Frasier cause I have never watched it and don't even know what is going on. I am just a simple girl-the way they talk on that show gives me a brain cloud. A line from a movie which I can not remember (I want to say it's from Princess Bride??), but this is how I feel about Frasier---"your intellect is dizzying".

Yep - that's The Princess Bride. The man in black says it to Fizzini when he's debating which glass of wine to drink.

Frasier's finale isn't until Thursday.

I might watch it, I'll have to see how well I can get NBC on Thursday. I haven't watched it in awhile, but I used to enjoy it.

watching gilmore girls gives doug a brain cloud!! he can't understand how I can tell what they're talking about because it goes back and forth consistently without breaking.... it's funny to see his head cocked to the side like a puppy when i'm watching that show....

I heard about what happened during the final episode and was glad I didin't watch it - it would have been a waste of, what was it, an hour? I didn't watch friends because after a while, the entire friends thing was ridiculous.. plots, characters etc.. where was the puerto rican or the black man.. there's a ton of those in NY and yet, you never see one on the show.. and there's a rule among guys that you don't "screw" one of your friends girls (whether ex or not).. doug says you don't even think about it...and that rule was completely overlooked (rachel/ross/joey saga)...and then if your friends are having a baby (whether adopted or not), your not going to be sitting in a coffee shop drinking coffee and talking while they're out at the hospital.. your gonna be right there with them waiting till baby (and/or twins) get there...i mean, come on - bring in some realism!!!

after about a year of trying to "get into it", it just got lame to me - the automatic laffs that weren't even funny... the plots that were just wrong.. stuff like that... so, i rarely watch TV anymore except for good eats, $40 a day, maybe a gilmore girl or two and maybe soaps once a month or so...but that's really bout it...

Yeah, the only TV I get to watch anymore is the WGN news in the morning while Alex has breakfast & Bill is still sleeping ( ) and Star Trek on TNN/Spike TV on Friday nights.

Any other time I'm chasing Alex or trying (usually in vain) to get something accomplished around the house.

you should have bill help you out some more.. sounds like your doing a lot of the "home" things!! I couldn't imagine letting doug sleep that long...unless he stays up till 5am of course..haha

The only times doug really lets himself sleep is the first day back from a trip and when he's sick... other than that, he feels the need to be up and going all the time!

Oh man I wish Corbin was like that Kristie! If doesn't have a specific REASON to get up--he'd stay in bed until 10 am. But then he also stays up till 12-1 am some times later, on the Xbox. I rather go to bed on time, get up on time, and get going on stuff!

Frasier is boring as hell... And friends well.... they are funny SOMETIMES. And you could tell what is going to happen, it is soo staged.
