Default Polar Express

I just got back from seeing the IMAX version of The Polar Express...it was awesome. My sisters saw it a few weeks ago and raved about it, but I was having issues digesting the $16 price tag. It was totally worth it. Im so in the holiday mood now...I need some snow and hot cocoa!

While I haven't seen it, I did wonder why they released it in early November! I wasn't surprised at the poor box office ratings--it's a holiday movie. They say It's a Wonderful Life was first released in July and bombed. Then they re-released it for the holidays and it launched!

I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Nope, popcorn was not included, that cost another $5.50 for a small. A medium soda was $4.50 and M&Ms were $3.50...yes, $3.50. Am I getting old or just cheap?

Yes Michelle, and I used to go to Yankee Stadium for 75 cents. Programs cost a quarter.

Then came the big contracts. I suspect that's what happened to movie tix prices too!
