| Admin/Owner ![]() | This election is going to be extremely important, esp with the numbers being so close at this late a date! A lot of propositions and seats are up for grabs and you wanna make sure the right guy gets the job and the right proposition gets the money! Please - take the time to vote.. every vote is important no matter if people tell you "your throwing it away"....a vote NOT submitted is a vote thrown away! An excellent editorial called "Don't Vote, Don't Bitch" |

| I voted early. We were supposed to be in Naples, FL this week, but alas, duty called for Rob and we had to cancel. |

| Already done! I took Alex with me to the polls this morning. Bill voted via absentee since he figured he'd be working (and he is). Should be an interesting evening to watch the results come in! I might actually watch! *GASP* Miss non-political that I am.........(Really more for entertainment & curiosity value than actual concern about the outcomes.) |

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | I voted. And of course since I had classes today everyone asked me who I voted for. Apparently I am in the minority at my school. I definitely got yelled at in class. Oh well...such is Democracy. |

| I'm a minority at work and in my surroundings. That's life. I voted after work. Waited in line a total of 3 minutes (not long enough to read a page in my book) and took about 2 minutes to vote (already had my sample ballot filled out) and waited for DH to finish. Was out of there and back home 20 minutes after we left. |

| ![]() We live in a small city (70,000 - small for an area of over 7 million) and live on the outskirts of town. So it's not a very populated district. Our polling place was across the street at the clubhouse of the apt complex. And we got there at 4:00. I'm hearing horror stories about people in San Jose and San Fran. And then in Los Gatos...a very small rural town just south of the bay. They have a 2 hour line as well. I think part of what's making lines so long is people who don't read the sample ballots they get in the mail and aren't sure exactly what else they're supposed to vote for. I go in with my sample ballot filled out so I can just press the buttons. I was at the poll for a total of 2 minutes I think. |
