Ah yes, now that I think of it.. I do have different 'levels' of pajamas. There are the 'comfy' pants with elastic waists I wear while milling around the house and then the sleep shirts that are specifically just for sleep. And of course, the nice fluffy robes.

I need some "lounge wear". I don't really have anything but skirts and a few shorts (that really don't fit me right now) to wear during the day. I have one pair of sweatpants that my brother gave to me, but I am looking for something comfy, looks okay to wear at home or if I step out to watch the kids play or something, and that is cotton (I love the feel of cotton!). Any suggestions? I don't want something that fits snuggly, but something that is more loose in nature (still losing those pregnancy hips and stomach). I don't even own a pair of jeans, so any help would be appreciated.

I would look into exercise type pants. Theycome in all fabrics, lengths, and snugness. Totally comfy yet totally acceptable to wear to the walmart!

I agree with the exercise pants Regina. I bought a pair of velour ones two years ago--they are so nice I can put them on and even go out shopping in them. I also have a pair of grey flannel ones that look like sweat pants, so I won't go out shopping in them although I see plenty of people who wear them out shopping. I'm rigid in that I get up and put on make-up every day. You never know what will happen and who you will meet! And it' makes me look and feel better!

I wake up at all different times... It just depends on if I am working at 7am, 7pm, or off... For my 7am-7pm shifts, I get up at about 6am to leave the house by 6:15am. For my first 7pm shift, I sleep in in the morning, then I try to do something productive before taking a nap, and going to work at night. When I get off at 7am, I go home, and go back to sleep. I usually sleep until noon-ish, then I get up, eat, shower, and take another nap to go back to work. On my days off, I sleep in as late as I feel like. I wake up anytime between 9am and 12noon... It just depends on how tired I am from work, and how tired I am from being pregnant... ![]() As for house clothes... I usually like to wear a comfy dress around the house. Kind of how my Nana would wear house dresses, but something cuter. Of course, I live in SoCal, and staying warm isn't really an issue. If I get a little chilly, I just add socks. It makes quite the ensemble. |

I LOVE wearing yoga pants and hooded sweatshirts around the house...I feel so much more productive when I am trying to clean and get stuff done when I am in comfortable clothes... I also have a pair of fleece pants that are absolutely amazing...I find myself running into the problem of buying new lounging pants, but still going back to my comfy favorites My drawer is full of pants with tags on them which I never use because I keep going back to my favorites!!
