Thats not a bad idea the home health care idea I might have to look into it! My hope is that by Saturday morning he will be able to do things himself like put his leg in the machine and fun stuff like that. I bought alot of soup in a hand and soup in a cup and single things of mac and cheese and I attached a bicycle basket to his walker so he can move his food with him!

thats so cute! it sounds like you take great care of him, he's very lucky to have you

...i agree with the home health care thing too, it would be worth looking into, i didnt even think of that.

He's getting much better at doing things by himself (putting his leg on the maching and such) and I took away his vicodene because it makes him nutty! His mom actually told me today she didn't know how I could stand him (when he was on the vicodene) I was shocked that she actually said that! Yes he's annoying and completely irrational but he's still her son! I'm so glad I changed my tickets to leave later, now I don't feel quite so bad about leaving him since he's more self suffecient!
