| I got some for DS and he hates them! I force him to wear them b/c I paid money for them. Only to the pool and to the grocery store. He says that he can't run or do sports with them, which is all that he does. My nieces love them! and those the little do dads that you stick in the holes. I think that they would be nice for garden and yard work, but I'm short and I agree they would look like clown shoes on me. I will go flip flop any day.

| Went back to Dillard's closing this location sale yesterday. Bought my mom a pair similar to mine (her's are teal blue) for birthday. Hubby was along and went to he men's section and bought a pair of the clown ones (in black) to wear around the yard and pool. He had a pair of knock offs that he had been wearing but our neighborhood/stray dogs chewed up one of them. He reports the real Crocs are more comfortable than the knock offs. Can't wait to give them to my mom and see what she thinks! |

| I like the Patra sandals I have and the Adrana model too. I do agree that the original ones are UGLY, even though I have a pair that I wear to the garage or to get the mail. I would never wear them in public. My son wears them to karate in the winter, but no where else. If my husband wore them, I would not be seen in public with him! ![]() |

| Jetgirls Plus Member ![]() | I used to HATE crocs but last month when I was at the beach, I went into a store to buy something else and put on pair of imitation ones -- they were sooo comfy...and FOUR bucks. haha.. so I bought them and have only worn them on the beach or at the pool. I can't see spending 30 bucks or whatever they are on the real ones though. |

| I thought of this post tonight... stopped at Marshall's and saw different varieties (styles) of Crocs for 10 bucks. If you're in the market for a pair, this may just be your chance... ![]() |

| Jetgirls Member | I held out on the Crocs fad for a long time cause, well, they're ugly. I finally gave in, though, and I'm definitely a convert. They are extremely comfortable and absolutely do not make my feet sweaty or stinky. In fact, I wore them all over Hawaii and all over France without any trouble. In addition, I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal and black Crocs under dark boot cut jeans don't look like clown shoes at all. They aren't nearly as ugly on my feet as they are on the rack. I realize that isn't saying much, lol, but there it is. |

| I will admit it ! I am part of the Croc wearing clan ! I find them wonderful for Pregnant women who really need comfort during the work day...I wear the mary jane version and get mine at a store in Fort Collins, CO ...they have all the colors and I get a pair everytime I visit. They sell them at some airports...I think PHX, CLE and EWR...last time I checked, plus pilots and crew get a discount on them there. I haven't tried the high heel ones, but I've come along way from wearing Prada ![]() |
