| Woohoo, it is finally warm enough to wear all those cute skirts that have been hiding in the closet. Discover a little tip from a friend, thought I might share. Using deordant on the inside of your thighs will help eliminate that horrible "chub rub". I know, not the greatest topic in the world, but it does make life a bit easier. |

| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | Chub Rub. So classic. Runners are often afflicted w/ such plight. Excessive chub rub can lead to painful chafing. The girlfriend of a good friend of mine has started her own athletic clothing company to address just this problem. She's an avid runner and suffers from chub rub and decided something HAD to be done about it. atalanta athleticwear - running skirts I don't own any of her products but the concept is ideal. A cute, sporty, fashionable skirt that is functional for your work out routine and allows you to hit up the grocery store afterward. Sewn into the skirt is a pair of supportive dry-wick fabric shorts to protect your thigh skin from rubbing. Last edited by spotty4; 06-23-2008 at 04:28 PM. |

| Admin/Owner ![]() | OH HOW COOL IS THAT!! just what i need too..... I usually use baby powder but as typical, it wears off in no time. if not baby powder, sometimes i'll actually wear my spandex work out shorts underneath cuz they're longer legged and apparently, that's becoming a fashion statement again in this area (where you wear spandex under skirts)...strange..but whateva! HAHA I'm really liking the skort idea now....that tends to help too.

| I LOVE skirts... It's my dream to have a skirt as part of my uniform at work... I keep pushing for it... My boss said that I'd have to wear some kind of nylons or something, but I don't care - it's worth it!!!! (I'd just get thigh-highs. I like those so much better anyhow.) Well, so far, no luck, but I haven't lost hope! |
