Came across a book, Dear American Airlines, by Jonathan Miles. Starts as a complaint letter to American during the the grounding of flights due to wiring bundle inspection but is really the story of character's failed life. Might make an interesting good read. Sounds pretty funny, too.

There was a website that I came across a while ago, that had people 'deserted' write about their experiences, some of them were nasty and harsh!
