Default Resolutions anyone?

Just wondering if anyone has a New Year's resolution or if anyone even makes them anymore.

I have one that's not necessarily a New Year's resolution, but a girlfriend and I have the goal to lose 10 pounds by March... for wedding season. We didn't make any huge diet changes, just cut out pop and anything that's not water, milk, or 100% juice, and we're bumping up our exercise programs.

Needless to say. My arms are sore, my legs are sore, and I keep telling myself it will be worth it... haha

I am actually going to try to keep my resolutions this year! We have a loan I want to pay off! My cousin's wedding in is March and I most definitely need to lose some pounds! I always do good when I am at home but when I go visit my family I always gain back all the progress I had made! Ugh...It's so frustrating! I need to be more self-disciplined in that area!

I haven't made any new years resolutions yet. I talked with SO about it when we were together that night and he said that he usually makes his at the end of the month. So I have until the end of this month to come with a few because then we are going to share them with each other. I still have no idea what I want to work on this year. I kind of want to think of something that involves the two of us. Something we could do together but I have no idea.
Maybe buy a bedroom set by the end of the year Then we would have matching furniture in at least one room!

I am really going to have to think about it. I don't think that it has ever been this hard in the past.

that's a really good idea! that gives you a few weeks to really think about the upcoming new year and decide what direction to go in!

I quit drinking pop too and started utilizing the workout room downstairs. I'm expecting it to be a slow process to excellence but at any rate, even if I don't loose a ton of weight, it's a good lifestyle change.

I did set a few goals for this year. Of course one is to lose some weight and I would like to lose it by Oct. my 10 year anniversary. Also, i want to read 5 books this year. Sounds kind of lame i know but with two little boys reading hasn't been happening around here. Not necessarily literary masterpieces just books. Then my goal for January is to exercise 15 days this month. Doing pretty good so far.
