| Jetgirls Ol' School Member | I assume Mistress Trista may be the best resource for this thread, but I thought I'd share w/ everyone. Anyone know of any good smut to read? That is, some good female romance fantasy novels? What are some of your favorite titles?? |

| I am glad that you brought this up because I am traveling next week and need some books to read. Someone suggested 'Room for Love' to me. I haven't read it yet so I can't really say anything about it but I am looking into purchasing that for my trip. As far as ones that I would suggest I would need to know more of what you are into. The newer novels? Ones that take place in different centuries? I read a ton of different kinds. Are there certain authors that you like? |

| Angela Knight, Lora Leigh (her Ellora's Cave titles for fantasy or she does really good romantic suspense, but be forwarned, she more explicit than me...LOL) Sherrilyn Kenyon, JR Ward, Anya Bast, Lauren Dane, Shiloh Walker, Jaci Burton, NJ Walters, JC Wilder. The book Sexy Beast is good. It's an anthology, but I can't remember the authors that are in it. I'm assuming by fantasy you mean vampires, werewolves, warlocks. I have a fantasy romance coming out next year, but you probably don't want to wait that long...(cheeky grin)

| Admin/Owner ![]() | I like Cassie Edwards a lot (she does a lot of the white girl/indian love stories)! I have read all her books and usually finish them within 2 hrs (as long as they're captivating)...also Christina Dodd is really good and Judy Deveraux (?) is pretty good. I haven't been able to read any smut in a really long time... kinda miss it. ![]() My fav types.. pirates, confed/union, white/indian..cowboy/southern chick...where conflict leads to you know where!! hehehe I can't seem to get into the books that are in this century... except that i did read a book once about a "this century girl" (current pinkerton detective) finding a cut in time/space and she went back and fell in love with a cowboy while searching for a "this century" killer who also went back in time... that was kinda cool. Can't remember the name of the book though. oh and if you want a really *naughty* book, there's a book by Anne Rice, i think, called Exit to Eden that i *hear* is pretty entertaining....not a vampire book either. | Ooh, my favourite topic!! I cannot recommend enough the book Menage by Emma Holly - it's fantastic, a cool love story and saucy as you like (the menage is MMF, by the way - personally that works for me but I know not everyone likes that). She also did Cooking up a Storm which I like, but not as much, and Top of Her Game (NY ice queen meets Montana cowboy). She's an American writer so you can definitely get her books. I also love Up to No Good, which is a Black Lace book by Karen S Smith (not sure if you can get those in the US). DH is, um, rather keen on them too...! So don't just keep them hidden when he's around, whip them out and read them to/with him, and have yourself a merry little Christmas!! |

| Forbidden Pleasures by Lora Leigh. It's a little BDSM mixed with a little sharing. Ann Rice also has the Sleepying Beauty Trilogy, which is alot of BDSM, sharing, male on male, female on female, it pretty much has it all. There are so many. Go to Amazon, click on books, then up at the top, click on advanced search. In the Publisher section, type in Aphrodisia than click search and it will bring up a horde of erotic romance. Aphrodisia is an erotic line put out by New York's Kensington Publishing. You can also type in Ellora's Cave under publisher (which is who i write for) and it will bring up several as well. Hope that helps... ![]()

| I have read Jude Deveroux and I really like her. I will have to see if there is anything at the bookstore from her that I haven't read yet. SO laughs at me when I read these kinds of books ![]() |
