duct tape didn't really work in my case cuz once it starts coming off and sticking on your skin.. well, that can kinda hurt. but pushing it back into place and sewing the hole has worked.

In high school one of the girls on my team forgot her sports bra. We took a towel and wrapped her in it and then duct taped her up.
