Default Pink Rose Campaign

This is from a dear friend of mine. Christina is another friend's cousin.

Hi Everyone, I would like to ask for your help with this new campaign in honor of Christina. As everyone knows Christina would have turned 31 yrs. on Monday, August 27. Lets honor her by spreading some good cheer to someone you know. The Pink Rose Campaign is for you to spread a Random Act of Kindness by giving someone a pink rose on this day. You can even give more than one rose. It doesn't have to be real, it can be plastic or even a picture of a pink rose. If we spread this around we can have a lot of people spreading good cheer in honor of our wonderful cousin. All you have to do is e-mail some people and ask them to join us on this day by purchasing a rose or several roses to give away. It's very simple. You can also give a rose to your spouse, friend, co-worker, parents, etc. I have already e-mailed Raul's family to join us and they will add more people to this campaign so we can make it a success. I know this list is still lacking names but if one
person from each family can inform the other cousins we can spread the word faster. Remember to send this to family members of your spouse, significant other, co-workers, friends and of course your parents because I know that some of our parents may not have access to a computer. Imagine how far we can go if we keep the chain going like some of those e-mails I get from people. So start writing messages and spreading the word around about our Pink Rose Campaign - From Christina's Cousin's

Just a question....and you don't have to answer if you don't want, but what happened to Christina? I think this a great way to honor someone you love though!

Pink is the typical designation for breast cancer, so if my assumption is correct, she lost her battle?

I don't mind it being put up other places. It wasn't breast cancer actually, just a color she liked. If you want to know more, feel free to pm me, but I don't really want details about her floating on the internet.
