| Jetgirls Member | ![]() So on Tuesday we changed our cell service from Verizon to Sprint to take advantage of the corporate discount given though XJ. It has been a complete NIGHTMARE! At this point, Aaron has spend no less than 8 hours in store/on the phone with them. With no end in sight. We managed to get my number ported and working after 12 hours, but here it is Thursday and his number STILL doesn't work. For a while he could call out but not receive, on a completely different number. Did I mention he's on reserve and needs to be reachable at all times? Now, he can receive calls on that same random number, but they seem to have altogether "lost" his number, that he's had as his primary for over 6 years now and they aren't sure when/if they will ever get it back to him. And he still has no voicemail/text messaging on his phone. Calling customer service or visiting a store seems to be no help, but we can't come up with a number of a manager or someone higher to help us or to complain to. We are both furious AND helpless at this point! ![]() Kim
