OH, the hilarity....

I checked my office email one last time (just to see if they'd even turned off my computer yet and to see if any outstanding clients hadn't been contacted and they hadn't *stupid dummyheads*).

One of our guys that's still working till friday (to close/reroute his projects) wrote this today...the orig email was sent a few days ago (no doubt, our office manager, Randy, already knew the impending actions probably even as he typed that). he must have been laughing as he typed (i can only imagine)....

I wrote the guy back and told him the below email was absolutely hilarious.. then congratulated him on his permanent holiday promotion..and said i know they wish him well on his future endeavors (while they put a "kick me" sticker on your back)...

and then truly told him i enjoyed working with him and would hope to see him again....

see.. it's all about the people you work with, they can make all the difference in the world if the company stinks. that's what's so bad about my situation.. all GREAT people, all had the floor taken out on the same day. that hurts me more than my own individual pain.
