I remember how excited I was when I got moon shoes. I remember bouncing around my neighborhood in those. Haha. I remember smurfs, saved by the bell on saturdays, when you had to pay to have the disney channel and crimping my hair. Oh, and the best was the slap braclets and the red "just say no" head bands! haha.

I wanted those Moon Shoes so bad and my mom wouldn't buy them for me!! I remember Saved by the bell that was the best show ever, and I watch it now and its soo dumb. I loved TGIF too! Is that still on? I don't think it is.

And don't forget everything in neon. I had neon slap bracelets, shirts, hats everything.

Did anyone have those hyper-color shirts? I remember I had one and my mom dried it, so it didn't work anymore!

Wow, I must really be old! I have no idea what moon shoes, slap braclets, or Kangaroos are! I never even saw pegged jeans! I must have lived in FL then so I never wore pants! My sister-in-law still wears those now and they look so stupid!

I do remember parachute pants, 21 Jump Street, when MTV played music, almost always flying in first class and there was always a meal (good one), using WAY too much hairspray, and when thongs were shoes and not underwear.

Back to the parachute pants...thank GOODNESS my mother had a better head on her shoulders than me! I can say I never owned a pair!

Let's go back to the '70's...anyone remember Zips tennis shoes?? I could never quite clear the bushes like that boy did in the commerical....I tried! Believe me, I tried! LOL

Sorry I went from ride'n loose with my dad to tummy'ed up with my mom in the 70's so I don't remember much. I do my remember my aunties breaken out the bikini's and it was pretty *racey*

And the guy my dad worked with was always getting a perm.
