Yep, I did it again.
Today at the funiture store, I was trying to tell my DH and the male worker that we needed to buy a "sectional" but I said sexual! My dh busted out laughing, I turned red and the worker ignored me.

You think that is bad...try teaching middle schoolers...I don't have to slip...any word that is close and they are gone.

I love it when I have to teach the unit on Rocks and Minerals....when they hear that rocks have "cleavage" they are giggly the rest of class! When I was student teaching my supervising teacher had told me she said "orgasm" instead of "organism" one day and a social studies teacher told me she wrote "penisula" instead of "peninsula" on the board....no one noticed and she didn't notice it until the last period of the day!
