As to "undisclosed" medical condition... my guess is that she's horribly addicted to something (that or she has to be kept in a sulfuric-kryptonian chamber because she's from a totally different planet and the jail wasn't equipped with one).

For anyone else, they would have sent them to the jail clinic or, worst case, the county hospital for treatment. Not freakin home!

As far as I'm concerned, a suspended license for a DUI is LIGHT. A DUI should result in automatic jail time.

here, it results in a fine the first time....but now, it also results in getting one of those breathlizer thingys put in your car so you have to blow everytime you get in and start the car...ick!!

on a personal note, i think the judge should have started her back on zero time because of her "stunt" and willingness to take house arrest (at home). I hear she is getting some priviledges though because apparently she has a cell phone in there...honestly, the special treatment needs to stop with these people.
