That sounds wonderful! I've always wanted to go there.

This is the first weekend in 1 1/2 months that we have nothing happening! DH has to work the next 6 days straight, so I'll probably take the kids somewhere.

I'm heading up to the lake afterschool, DH has been there since yesterday. DH has to go back to work on Sunday, but after this next 4 day he is for 4 days in a row next week. Then vacation in July......and August! Thank god for ExperssJet's awesome vacation policy!

Only 10 more days until I am up there for the summer! YAY for summer vacation! School gets out on the 18th for kids and teachers.

The kids completed school TODAY!! Yeah Summer Vacation!!

We just signed on our new home on the 6th and because it was also my son's Birthday we didn't have a chance to walk through the home as a family. So we are going to head that way and "camp out" in the living room of our new home. No furniture, nothing...just us and some pillows and blankets. We might watch a movie on the portable DVD player we'll see. Maybe a game???

Tomorrow as per my son's Birthday request we as a family are going to go race go-karts. Should be FUN!

I am going to the meet and greet tonight. I had training today, and it was a payday. So I am going shopping with a friend shortly for some new jeans.

It was a GREAT weekend here! The weather was fabulous too! We went to friends in NJ yesterday and had a fabulous dinner of smoked trout (the guests--us--did the cooking)! Today we took a bike ride and ended up in NJ again--Stockton. Did some artsy things and then had lunch (crabcakes were yummy!). Then we rode back and are now making dinner. Tomorrow DH leaves for work and Tuesday I join him for three days in ACY.

Any trip that touches a vacation day will dropped, the whole trip. So when you bid vacation, bid for a four day trip where the last day ends on the first day of vacation and then bid for a 4 day trip to start on the last day of vacation. If you do it right, you should be able to end up with anywhere between 18-23 or so days off in a row. And he gets paid for all the trips that were dropped due to touching vacation days! I don't know of any other airline that has that policy. You can bet XJT pilots will never give that one up!
